During the past year, running a business has been trying for many companies throughout the United States. Like you, we are living and working through COVID-19, which, for many, has brought material shortages, increases in construction costs, and labor shortages. The pandemic has not and will not stop Clark Roofing. We will continue to conduct business every day, remain flexible and adapt as needed. A huge thank you to our customers for your flexibility.
Fortunately, our company is still growing and expanding through it all. We relocated to a larger office and warehouse and invested in heavy equipment to keep up with the continued demand in the construction industry. We also added several positions within our company. Help us welcome the newest members of the Clark Roofing team:
Debbie Connally – Executive Assistant
Ruben Flores – Project Manager
Aaron Smith-Tayson – Project Manager
Jason “Waldo” Holder – Commercial & Residential Estimator
Michael Stetler – Commercial & Residential Estimator
And a promotion advanced Axel Tayson‘s career; he is now a commercial estimator. Roofing guru Mike Anderson remains the general manager and commercial estimator.
Building a successful business takes a person with a vision, a sharp mind, an ability to plan, execute, and follow-through. Dakota Hansen has just that. In 2018, Dakota’s dream to own and operate Clark Roofing became a reality. He started by hiring key people with similar goals and determination to be the best roofing company Waco Texas has to offer residential and commercial customers.
Today, Clark Roofing has far exceeded several million dollars in commercial and residential roofs and construction projects. We currently have projects in the works extending into the summer of 2022.
A born leader, Dakota focuses on building relationships, motivating and inspiring, empowering and his team, but not only at the office or job site. Recently, he took the team to the beautiful Ridgewood Country Club golf course, where we connected with new team members, reconnected with old team members, recharged our internal batteries, and enjoyed a much-needed break from the roofing routine. It was a day we will remember for many years. We are a team, and as Dakota would say, “The Dream Team.”
