The St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Farmers Branch, Texas suffered wind and rain damage in the summer of 2022. Specifically, four buildings on the Church campus were damaged. Church leaders had specific requirements in getting the project completed.
On some projects, such as this one, Clark Roofing was asked to bid as the General Contractor. We are fortunate to be a known and trusted contractor to the insured.
We began by coordinating the restoration work with ServiceMaster. Church leaders wanted to use a specific asbestos abatement company. We coordinated with the asbestos firm, and they completed the abatement as required.
For the roofing, one building has a flat roof, and we covered it in TPO. We re-roofed two of the two smaller buildings with architectural Owen-Corning shingles.
The Sanctuary is very large with an 18/12 pitch. It also needed to be brought up to code with the addition of a new thicker ISO board, covered in OSB and then shingled.
Clark Roofing’s Commercial and Residential Estimator, Michael Stetler, is overseeing this project. Learn more about the Clark Roofing team here.
