New Construction 60-Mil TPO

Clark Roofing installed an 11,200-square-foot, mechanically attached 60-mil TPO roof system, which included Firestone products with R-25 Polyiso insulation.We set Metal R Panels on the inside of the parapet walls at the request of the architect. A coping cap and cleat were placed around the perimeter of the parapet wall.

We also put in metal standing seam snap lock panels over the four awnings, internal gutters on the front two awnings, Berridge Manufacturing Vee-Panels on the wall, and soffit. Dark bronze is the color of the wall panels and the standing seam.

In the Clark Roofing in-house metal shop, we made custom scuppers, collector heads, and downspouts, which we installed on the back of the building.
