Just had Clark roofing out to inspect my roof after a hail storm. No major damage, but a couple of vents needed to be re-sealed. They did this minor repair and did not charge for the inspection and repair. Great customer service. If I need any roofing work in the future I surely call them.

The crew stripped off and installed my new roof in one day. They protected our shrubs and flowers. After they were finished you couldn’t tell they had been here. I contacted Waldo with Clark Roofing after trying numerous roofing companies and contractors to fix a roof leak. He was the only one who followed up with me to ensure the repairs were completed and done correctly prior to sending me an invoice. The other companies did not call to confirm the repairs corrected the problem and only wanted to know when they could expect payment. One company came out twice when the the repairs did not correct the problem and invoiced me twice; leaving me with a leaking roof. I highly recommend Waldo and Clark Roofing.

I needed an emergency roof repair (and ultimately a replacement) on one of my rent houses in Waco (I'm in Austin). Joseph found out that water was leaking on my tenants bed and headed over there the same day. He was able to patch it, he met the insurance guy out there for me, and responded in a timely and professional manner every time I called/emailed. I want to thank Joseph for all of his help. A few months ago, I had originally called another roofing company here in Waco (the one that starts with an H and has the most Google reviews)... big mistake, that guy never went onto the roof, left in 5 minutes, and said something needed to be repaired that didn't make any sense. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with Joseph. I explained everything to him and although my needs were small, he came within one hour of my call, as there was supposed to be a big thunderstorm that evening. He made the roof repair and checked the entire roof for any other issues and fixed them too. He did it all for a very reasonable price! He had great communication, as well. There have been many thunderstorms since and the roof is perfect. I would recommend Clark Roofing to others and would use them again in the future.

After a recent hail storm, my wife called 6-7 roofing companies for estimates. The estimates varied up to 10k dollars. The neighbor a few houses down the street (Joseph Hardy) approached us one evening and asked if we would like a roof inspection. He came the next morning and preformed the inspection. He noted the areas that obtained hail damage and presented us with the estimate. Joseph was also present when our insurance adjuster was performing his inspection. The estimate included higher hail rated shingles and upgraded gutters equivalent to the basic roof estimate from the others. I was hesitant at first but he took the time to explain how the insurance works plus we figured that since he lived in our neighborhood that he wouldn't steer us wrong. The last time I had a roof replaced was years ago and the process was different. Joseph was very informative with the updates for the roof installation along with the supplies. The day of the installation, he was up on the roof further inspecting after the old shingles and paper were removed. The crew arrived early as promised and did a great job! The clean-up was immaculate as there was nothing I could find after they left and we are very OCD type of people. We highly recommended Joseph and Clark Roofing to two other neighbors who had their roofs done and were just as impressed as us.

This company delivers 5-star customer service! During the initial meeting with Project Mgr Ruben Flores, he took the time to understand the issues we had been experiencing and actions taken since purchasing the home in late 2020 (the roof had been replaced by the previous owner with another roofing company just prior to our ownership). Ruben completed a thorough inspection of the ENTIRE roof. Within just one business day, we had a written quote detailing the work that needed to be done, as well as an 18-pg inspection report that outlined his findings/recommendations with pictures. We knew then this was an organization we wanted to do business with. This is how all companies should operate, but sadly, few do today. Because Ruben's inspection indicated some concerns with cracks in the mortar joints of the stone, he went above and beyond in assisting us with incorporating this work in with the roofing repair.
